Required Permissions for Store Staff Members


Store staff members can access markets based on a combination of existing permissions. A staff member needs all the following permissions to access the Markets page:

  • Home

  • Orders

  • Draft Order 

  • Products

  • Gift Cards

  • Customers

  • Reports (Analytics)

  • Dashboard

  • Discounts

  • Online store

  • Manage and install apps and channels

  • Themes (including Edit theme code)

  • Domains

  • Manage settings

  • Checkout

  • Locations

  • Manage tax settings

  • Manage delivery settings

These permissions ensure we have full visibility into the areas related to your issue and can investigate without unnecessary delays.
